The Plessislaer Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit is making an appeal to members of the community to assist with regards to three witnesses that police are looking for. These three witnesses will assist in solving a rape case that was reported in January 2011 at Plessislaer area.
These witnesses were previously staying at Mnyandu Location below Mzimba Primary School at Plessislaer in 2011 and relocated to Edendale area. The investigating officer made numerous attempts to trace the witnesses but to no avail. The witnesses are: Ntombizonke Zuma, Fundiswa Popani Mahambi and Nhlakanipho Zuma.
We are appealing to anyone with information on their whereabouts to contact the investigating officer, Warrant Officer Khanyile on 033 398 9614 during office hours or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
