The once peaceful tourist Mecca of Durban, has become a danger zone for tourists, residents and businessmen.
The Durban City Council identified several buildings that have been taken over by drug dealers and prostitutes.
The city council is facing the “problem” in that they are struggling to get the illegal squatters and foreigners out of the buildings, thus acknowledging that regulations are not being applied by law enforcement officers.
