At 16H49 Sunday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the corners of Surprise road and Pamden road in Hillcrest.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle and a motorcyclist where involved in a collision.
The motorcyclist sustained lower limb injuries and was transported by a private ambulance to hospital for further assessment and care.
