Misleading and humiliating service at a clothing store. NISAA clothing store situated in “62 Longcroft Drive Phoenix” has offended many people today because they mislead innocent customers, especially Muslims in this holy month of Ramadan. The moral of the story is not to believe everything you read, especially when shops advertise specials. It is all for the sake of getting people into the store.

I apologize for this post as it is not considered a crime as in ” murder; rape; robbery etc”, but please take the time to read this as I still feel it is a crime to mislead customers.
They recently had an advertisement in the paper stating that they are selling :
Scarfs : R5 each, while stocks last
Abayas :R50 each , while stocks last
Men’s Islamic hats : R5 each, while stocks last
Kurtas : R25 each while stock’s last and many many more items….
No where in this add stated that if we buy a certain amount then we qualify for this…
There wasn’t even a fine print and they even said that they was no fine print…
Over 200 people turned up at the store this morning for the sale , when we reached there we hear excuses as:
● who in there right mind will sell a scarf for R5
● we are not Muslims so we don’t care if you are fasting
●Your need to buy 12000 and more to get it at a wholesale price
And a lot more of these things was said by the owner’s.
People was fasting, they walked along way for this sale, not everyone has cars, old aunties that wanted to buy gifts for their grandchildren with their grant money was sent away and humiliated.
An old man wanted a hat he even said he only came so far because of the price, he was over 70 years of age.
People need to know the type of people they are, they are trying to make money by making the society clowns which is not acceptable. A lady in a wheelchair was there from 8 am this morning and was turned away.
