A man in his sixties has been seriously injured after a home invasion in Malvern on the evening of 20 July 2017.
Around 21:00 Rescue Care Paramedics were called to the home in Kate Hartnoll Road.
On their arrival they found a man lying in his house. He had sustained four stab wounds to his upper body and was in a serious condition. He was stabilized on the scene by Advanced Life Support Paramedics before being transported to a nearby hospital in a serious condition.
At this stage, the events leading up to the stabbing are unknown however SAPS were in attendance and will be investigating further.
