On 11 July 2016 The community of Seven Oaks, outside Greytown, was rocked earlier this week when Sarel David Theron – a safety facilitator at Mondi Midlands – was found lying in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds as well as apparent strangulation marks around his neck.
His colleagues became concerned when he did not report for work on Monday.
They later found his body at his home on Mistly Farm.
It is believed that the farm attack took place last Sunday evening after men had cut through the perimeter fence.
