Chatsworth Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit are appealing to the members of the community with regards to the case of rape they are investigating.
It is alleged that on 18 June 2018 at 17:00 at Emhlabeni Road Tshelimnyama area Mariannhill, a five year old girl was attacked by a known man who raped her before fleeing the scene.
The police believe that the man in the attached identikit also known as Hallelujah can be of an assistance in solving the case. He is medium built, light in complexion.
