A man, believed to be in his 40s, was killed this morning when he was knocked off his bicycle by an unknown vehicle on Wybank Road in Kloof, KwaZulu-Natal.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 07h30 to find the body of the man lying on the right-hand side of the road next to his bicycle.
Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had already succumbed to his injuries. Nothing could be done for him and he was declared dead.
No vehicle was found on the scene.
Local authorities were on the scene to investigate further.
