Mi7 National Group’s Emergency Medical Services was dispatched after reports of a drowning incident in Ashburton.
A 71-year-old man was found drowned in a swimming pool. Unfortunately, the man was declared deceased on the scene.
Pietermaritzburg SAPS Search & Rescue officers were present to recover the body.
The matter is being investigated by the police. We pass our condolences to the loved ones of the deceased….
