A 56-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, 17 December 2025, for the unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition.
Police found the suspect in possession of five unlicenced firearms and 953 rounds of ammunition in KwaDukuza.
The arrest is part of ongoing police efforts to remove illegal firearms from KwaZulu-Natal.
