At 07H16 Sunday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a shooting In Thokozani in the Albert Falls area.
Upon arrival an adult male was found face down on the floor in a residence.
Reports from the scene indicate that an the man sustained two gunshot wounds to his head, there were no signs of life and was declared deceased by the Netcare 911 Paramedic on scene.
The scene was secured by the Crammond SAPS who will investigate the circumstances around the shooting.
