Cancer patients were amongst those who had to sleep on a floor in a hospital in KZN.
The condition of the Church of Scotland Hospital was shocking, according to the MEC of Natal, Sibongiseni Dhlomo, during a visit to the hospital.
The hospital was previously pointed out for its poor management and terrible conditions but apparently that fell on deaf ears.
