Residents of Durban are furious about the lack of professionalism and work ethics at the Department of Home Affairs offices in Durban.
Only 300 applications are attended to daily, and the target is apparently reached at 10 o’clock in the morning, after which applicants are requested to return the following day, while the Pinetown office has been out of service without scanning machines since June.
