A pharmacy on Gopalall Hurbans Road in the Tongaat CBD was robbed by seven armed suspects on Wednesday 5 September 2018.
At approximately 15:39 members of Reaction Unit South Africa were called out to the business by a member of public reporting the incident. Upon arrival of Reaction Officers it was established that the armed men entered the pharmacy and robbed the business of an undisclosed amount of cash.
A customer was also robbed of a cell phone before the suspects fled. It could not be established if the armed gang had a vehicle parked in the vicinity or if they had fled on foot.
No one was injured during the robbery.
