KwaZulu-Natal: At 18H05 Saturday evening Netcare 911 responded to reports of a baby found in a dustbin.
Reports from the scene indicate that the Fetus of a male was found wrapped in a bag and discarded in the dustbin.
The Fetus was assessed on scene by an Emergency Care Practitioner and officially declared deceased.
Circumstances leading up to the Fetus being found will be investigated by the SAPS who were on scene.
