A farm attack took place on 17 August 2020, during the day, while the farmer was out, in Harding, in the KwaZulu Natal province of South Africa. The farmer’s fiance and domestic helper were attacked inside the farmhouse by three armed assailants. They were assaulted and after raising the alarm, were admitted to hospital.
The attackers robbed a cell phone, electrical equipment, tools and an Isuzu 5 ton truck. The truck, which ran out of fuel, was found 5 kilometres from the farm. The woman were released from hospital later in the afternoon.
There have been no arrests. There is no other information available at this stage.
