A farm attack took place on Monday night 8 November 2021, at 21:30, on the farm Moor Park in Estcourt, in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. Five armed attackers overpowered John, Malcom and Doreen Moore and handcuffed them.
The three victims were then locked in a room while the armed attackers ransacked the home.
The attack took place during Eskom load shedding resulting in some cell phone networks being down as the cell phone tower backup batteries had been stolen.
The police are investigating the attack but there have been no arrests.
