A farm attack took place on 17 May 2019, between Dannhauser and Fort Mistake, on the Lily Dale farm in KwaZulu-Natal province. Between five and six attackers overpowered and assaulted the farmer, Henk Zaal, one was tall wearing a green overall and white hat. At least one was armed with a .38 revolver. The suspects fled in the direction of the N1, the local farmers started tracking them, but there have been no arrests. The victim transported to hospital.
