A farm attack took place on 11 September 2020, at 00:27, in Ixopo, in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. A gang of at least five black males broke into the farm house, by shooting off the lock, which was occupied by the farmer and his family. One attacker’s started firing at the farmer who returned fire shooting him.
This caused the attackers to flee, including the wounded suspect. Blood was found on the scene, but it is unknown how seriously the attacker was wounded.
The SAPS and security companies responded and are searching for the wounded attacker. There is no other information available at this stage.
