On Tuesday, 23 March 2021, the Hawks members from Durban Serious Organised Crime Investigation working together with Crime Intelligence arrested a 44-year-old suspect for manufacturing drugs in Pinetown.
Equipment used to manufacture drugs, chemicals and powder suspected to be methcathinone were seized.
He was subsequently place under arrest and is expected to appear in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court.
