A 26 year old disabled man was injured after he fell off a train at the Todd Street train station in Verulam.
On May 13, 2016 at approximately 15:11 members of Reaction Unit South Africa were dispatched to the call after receiving several requests for medical assistance for the injured man. Upon arrival the victim was treated for moderate injuries before being transported to hospital.
It is alleged that the disabled man fell onto the platform while attempting to disembark the train which had not come to a complete stop at the time.
