The University of Zululand has suspended 12 of the 15 Student Council members because of theft at a Drakensberg resort. Kettles, linen, hair dryers, cups and saucers were stolen by the students during a strategic workshop at the Gooderson Drakensberg Golf and Spa resort.
The behavior of the students during the visit was reportedly very poor and embarrassing for the resort. Observers express their concern that they will be the future leaders of the country in political terms.
No mention is made of which political party the students represent.
