On Saturday (13.04.24)at around 23:45, an intelligence-driven operation in Phoenix targeted a suspected attempted murder suspect. The suspect was intercepted on Flanders Drive with a Glock19 Gen4 and 2 magazines loaded with live ammunitions.
The information led officers to a house on Bradcroft Close.
A second suspect was subdued inside the house with multiple firearms, ammunition, and R18,600 in cash. Both suspects were detained on Phoenix SAPS cases for attempted murder, unlawful possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunitions, and unlawful possession of State property.
