On Saturday evening KZNVIP Were dispatched to investigate a male laying with blood along the Phoenix highway.
Upon arrival it was discovered that two African male suspects were robbing a male victim when an unknown vehicle driving pass witnessed the incident and opened fire at the armed suspects before driving off.
The alleged suspect sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and was stabilized on scene by emrs government ambulance before being transported to a medical facility for further assessment.
One suspect managed to evade arrest and the victim positively identified the alleged suspect who sustained the gunshot wound to be one of the two suspects.
All emergency services were in attendance…
