Two men are in a serious condition in hospital after a shooting incident on Moore Road near Brand Road on Sunday evening 26 January 2020, just after 19:00.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find the two men lying on the sidewalk having sustained gunshot wounds. Immediately more assistance was dispatched to assist the first ambulance that arrived. Both men had sustained serious injuries and needed Advanced Life Support Paramedics to stabilise them on the scene.
Once stabilised the men were transported to a nearby private hospital for the further care that they required. The men were believed to be in their twenties and thirties.
At this stage, the events leading up to the shooting is unknown however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further.
