South Africa can suffer a huge loss if the ANC president, Cyril Ramaphosa, does not make sure that the people involved in the State Capture saga are punished in court. The warning comes from the United Kingdom and America who both undertook to bring investments to the country if the Ramaphosa government can prove that it will apply law and order with good governance.

The ANC president’s silence on the matter is alarming, and political analysts say it is in danger that more than $100 billion in investment can be lost.

The Ramaphosa government is apparently well aware that they will have to comply with Western countries’ requirements if they want to attract investment and will also have to ensure that good governance is applied at all levels if they want to keep such investors in the country.
