Ill pensioner killed on smallholding

A 68-year-old man was murdered on his smallholding in Mullerstuine near Barrage during a robbery in the early hours of Friday morning, Gauteng police said.

The man, Robert Hunter, who suffered from Parkinson’s Disease and joint and bone illnesses, was found by his son shortly before 5am, Inspector Kinnie Steyn said.
