The SAPS and NPA are completely and utterly captured institutions. Obedient to Kom Raid #783, who in turn is merely a Gupta family puppet.
That is why there is no movement on the state capture investigations. And there won’t be any movement on the state capture investigations as long as the ZANC is in power.
The proposed Parliamentary committee investigations are just a plan to delay and obfuscate. It’s part and parcel of the cover-up plan, which will be driven by the entire ZANC, led by Cyril RAMAphosa, who will be the next ZANC leader.
The Kom Raids are all compromised. They know each other’s smallanyana skeletons and business dealings.
That is why RAMAphosa will act all sanctimonious like he normally does, but he will lead the cover up. If he doesn’t, the others implicated in state capture, and there are a lot of them, will attack him and pull him down, getting into his own skeletons in the cupboard. That is how they work.
With all this, there is now an active plan already drawn up and under way to promote all MK vets in SAPS not yet serving in the top ranks of the SAPS to the general rank. I have absolute reliable information in this regard. This will be done to put control of the Police in an iron grip under control of Looterhouse. The only way out is to remove the ZANC from power in 2019 through a coalition. And there is no other way at all.
