On 11 October 2018, the HNP filed a complaint of hate speech with the South African Human Rights Commission against the organization Black First Land First (BFLF) following a statement posted by the BFLF on their website as well as on Facebook.

Mr. Peet Joubert (photo), HNP deputy leader, said in his complaint that BFLF (in response to alleged rape of a black minor by a white suspect) in their statement made the generalization that all whites are rapists and killers of black people.

The BFLF says further:

That no whites are prosecuted for so called crimes against blacks.
That all alleged white offenders are racists against blacks.
That white men in Orania, on farms, in suburbs and in workplaces subject blacks to sexual slavery.
And that the alleged violations by Whites are a declaration of war against blacks.

Mr. Joubert says these allegations by the BFLF are false. It is racial hatred and hate speech that further stimulates racial hatred.

The BFLF’s statement as it appears on Facebook has been submitted to the Human Rights Commission as evidence.
