Rev. Frank Chikane, former ANC supporter, says he believes all monies that “disappeared” with the state capture, will be used to regulate the 2019 election and keep the corruptors in control.
According to Chikane, ANC branches are visited and money “bought in preparation” for the December conference.
In this regard, analysts refer to a large number of cash in transit vehicles a few years ago and which is also linked to possible election funding.
