It appears that the ANC government does not even know what it really means with radical economic transformation.
It became apparent from comments made by the finance minister, Malusi Gigaba, in East London at a meeting of Progressive Youth in Business.
He said it is essential that there be a common understanding at a national and provincial level about what radical socio-economic reform means. It appears that there is a great deal of confusion about the matter.
