South Africans will increasingly have to be prepared for a possible house or farm attack on a daily basis. This comment was after the murder of 23 year old Rowan Heine on Saturday night 1 September 2018 in Roodepoort.
Heine was shot dead by armed home invaders whilst looking after the home of his girlfriend’s mother.
The violent culture in South Africa is a symptom of a failed state where lawlessness is highly celebrated.
South Africa needs a new dispensation with a value system where the lives of fellow South Africans are respected.
