A 49-year-old woman was killed last night after a shooting at a residence on Naaldehout Street in Heuweloort in Centurion.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 23h00 and were lead into the dining room where they found another service performing CPR on the patient.
ER24 paramedics immediately assisted with CPR and initiated advanced life support interventions in a 40-minute operation.
Unfortunately, after some time, no vital signs returned and the patient was declared dead on the scene.
The details surrounding the incident are not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
