At approximately 17H45 on Saturday 14 April 2018, Netcare 911 responded to reports of a shooting in Kerk Street near Nugget Street in Joubert Park, Johannesburg.
Reports from the scene allege that the shooting occured during a robbery at the shop.
Paramedics attended to a female, approximately thirty years old, who had been shot. Tragically her injuries were fatal and she died at the scene.
This incident was attended by Netcare 911 and the City of Johannesburg EMS.
The SAPS were also on scene to investigate.
