A woman in her 50s was treated and transported to hospital after she was apparently assaulted in a basement parking lot in Glenvista, Johannesburg, on Saturday, Gauteng paramedics said.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene and found the woman in her car talking to police officers, ER24 spokeswoman Chitra Bodasing said.
“It is understood that she was approached by suspects who robbed and assaulted her. Upon assessment it was found that she sustained injuries to her head. She was treated and transported to hospital for further medical care.”
Further details were not available, Bodasing said.
