While conducting patrols in Tsakane, Gauteng Traffic Police and Gauteng Traffic Wardens from the STT (Eastern Corridor) acted on a tip-off from a community member regarding an individual allegedly supplying drugs in the area.
Officers proceeded to the provided address in Siyabonga Street, Ext 19. Upon arrival, a suspect matching the description was identified and searched. During the search, officers discovered mandrax and rock in his possession.
The suspect was apprehended and charged with dealing in illegal substances . A second individual was also apprehended for possession of suspected illegal substances.
