Last night at about 20:31 our guard on duty spotted two suspects on the business premises. He kept his cool and called for urgent Tactical back up.
The Iron Fist Squad who was in the vicinity reacted. While on their way the two spotted the guard who kept an eye on them and made off in different directions.
Unbeknown to the one suspect he was running in the direction of the approaching IFS and they caught him with plastic sheeting worth about R10 000 in his arms! He was subsequently arrested and the rest of the stolen property they hid on the outside of the perimeter wall recovered.
He then revealed that he suffered from amnesia and did not know who the other suspect was. Yeah right!
I am sure he now knows that it is EXTREMELY unacceptable to steal and that he will be met by the Iron Men for a “ONE ON ONE” chat and they are not the nicest of guys when they catch you in the act.
