A shootout between the South African Police and perpetrators ended with the death of one of the suspects. The shooting happened outside Builders Express at the Greenstone Crescent Center, Edenvale.
Police shot one of the suspects in the head and the second one was arrested. Awaiting further details.
Another day, another crime, armed robberies are on the rise all over South Africa. Armed robberies can happen in less than two minutes. Suspects would have checked out the premises, prepared for the robbery and strike when least expected. Fortunately, in this case, the police were alerted and quickly responded.
