At about 22:30 Drift Reaction received panic alarm signals from a venue in Lanseria.
Tactical Units responded and on arrival the private security guards reported that they noticed two suspects on the premises. A search ensued and when the suspects saw the security guards and the tactical unit team, they fired several rounds at them.
The suspects broke into the premises and the intentions of the suspects is not known. When the security fired at the suspects they fled the scene.
No further reports have been issued and it is uncertain if the suspects were caught and handed over to the police for attempted robbery.
There are no reports of injuries.
