Police are investigating circumstances that led to a shooting in Itireleng Informal Settlement, Laudium, Tshwane, where four people were certified dead on Sunday, 17 October 2021.
Police were called to a scene at Itireleng at approximately 23:55 where they found four men with gunshot wounds.
The four victims were later certified dead on the crime scene. It is reported that more people sustained injuries and were taken to various local hospitals.
Police investigators are following up to determine the number of those that are being treated in hospitals.
The motive for the shooting is unknown at this stage.
