The Metro police in Pretoria were monitoring several protests on Tuesday 29 May 2018.
Several streets in Mabopane, Ga-Rankuwa and Winterveldt were barred with burning tires. Atteridgeville was a further focus area where problems were starting.
The protest is probably about the allocation of routes.
Observers think the solution may be to leave them that they can sort one another out.
