It appears as though several suspects gained entry into a farm in the Witpoort, Welbekend Area, by passing through the electric fence late last night.
The is about 150 meters of electric fencing that has been dragged together with visible motor vehicle traces.
The suspects slaughtered three pigs inside their pen and stole the dead animals.
The police have been notified and an investigation will continue.
