The N1 South was closed to traffic with protesters of the National Transport Movement that blocked the highway on Monday 16 July 2018.
Based on the photographs, it appears that there were only about 100 protesters on the highway that disrupted the entire traffic flow.
It is now being asked where the Metropolitan Police and SAPS were? And why the troublemakers were not caught, locked up and prosecuted?
The same applies to the Moloto road just outside Pretoria, where a giant illegal speed bump was erected, causing traffic to and from Cullinan to be severely affected. This road will still be closed until probably Tuesday.
