A man was stabbed-and-killed early this morning near a petrol station at the corners of Beyers Naude and Juice Road, west of Johannesburg.
ER24 paramedics were called to to the scene after a member of the public noticed the man lying on the sidewalk next to the the petrol station.
Upon arrival, paramedics found the man lying on the sidewalk in a pool of blood.
The man was assessed by ER24 paramedics and found to have sustained numerous stab wounds and showed no signs of life.
Unfortunately, nothing could be done for the man and he was declared dead on the scene.
It was evident to paramedics that the man had been dead for some time.
Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
