At approximately 13H30 Tuesday, 22 June 2018 – Netcare 911 responded to a shooting in Sandhurst, Sandton, Gauteng.
On arrival Netcare 911 and other emergency medical services attended to a 49-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the right arm. Paramedics stabilised the patient on scene and Netcare 911 transported them to hospital for further medical care.
The exact circumstances were not known to our paramedics but local authorities were on scene. The incident and preceding events will form part of a police investigation.
