A man has sustained a gunshot wound after a firearm was accidentally discharged at a residence in Sandhurst, Sandton.
The man was stabilised on scene by a Netcare911 Advanced Life Support Paramedic before he was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
The man is in a stable condition.
This incident happened yesterday morning at about 09h00.
