A man sustained serious injuries following a shooting incident at a home in Lambton, Germiston on the afternoon of 3 March 2020.
When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene shortly before 16:30, they found a man lying on the pavement outside of a house. He was found to have sustained a gunshot wound to the chest as well as the arm.
Paramedics found that he was in a serious condition and immediately initiated advanced life support interventions before transporting the man to hospital for further medical care.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known to our paramedics, but police were on the scene for further investigations.
