A man who was injured in a shooting incident was declared dead in Benoni today.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene, close to Golden Drive, and found that the man sustained a gunshot wound to the leg.
Sadly there was nothing that could be done for him and he was declared dead.
The exact details surrounding the incident are unknown.
Authorities were on scene for further investigations.
