While conducting a crime prevention operation in the Jukulyn area, members of the Rietgat Gauteng Traffic Wardens, Rietgat SAPS Unit Drug Unit (RG29), Tshenolo PI, and Wardens STT (Northern Corridor) received information regarding a vehicle that had been hijacked in Loate.
Acting on the information, officers tracked the vehicle to a property in Soshanguve Block T (Sector 2) where the Suzuki was found parked inside a garage. Upon further inspection of the premises, license plates belonging to various vehicles—suspected to be from previously hijacked cars—were also discovered.
