The Crime Combating team responded quickly to the a robbery in progress in Gold Spot Spar in Vosloorus on 9 December 2019, at about 18:00. The five suspects who were coming out of the super market met with the police on their way out.
The suspects saw the police and then started to run in a different directions. Two suspects were arrested, and two firearms were seized during the arrest from both suspects in their possession.
Gauteng police are continuing to remove firearms from suspects.
The Provincial management commended the quick response of the Crime Combating team from Vosloorus.
